Every day we have informed conversations with refugees and migrants about asylum, shelter, healthcare, education, employment and protection

In 2018, we have reached more than 1.5 millions refugees in urban areas and other sites in Jordan and Turkey. We distributed information on how to officially register and/or on how to access financial aid. We also had more than 500 conversations with refugees and migrants about healthcare, education, employment, financial aid and protection.

We are a group of volunteer activists, the more we are the more conversations we can have with our clients so take action with us, join our group.

We link refugees and migrants, our clients, to services in the country where they live. We collect the information our clients want to know and we run information campaigns.

Our Facebook pages operate as a platform for refugees and migrants to share, request and receive information about their rights and their options on asylum, housing, healthcare or education.

We undertake casework both directly and online. We conduct research using official sources. We constantly assess the quality of our information in collaboration with refugees and migrants.

We are passionate about establishing and sustaining links with local organisations and communities in the countries in which we operate, to ensure that information is shared as widely as possible.

We aim to bridge the substantial gaps that exist by distributing translated documentation and links to information so our clients can make informed choices about their future.

Our Clients

Our clients are citizens of Syria, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Kurdistan, Pakistan, Eritrea and Sudan. They speak Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Urdu, Tigrinya, Kurmanji, Sorani, English and French. Most live in uncertainty, and sometimes, in destitution.

About Us

Asylum Links is a voluntary organisation which seeks to increase and improve access to information about asylum, housing, livelihoods and healthcare. We share information with migrants, asylum seekers and refugees in camps and urban areas globally.

We piloted a program offering asylum information in the Calais Jungle in May 2016. During that summer, we also distributed information to an estimated 18,000 people throughout all camps in Greece. In October 2017 we started in Iraqi Kurdistan and Italy. In 2018 we started campaigning in Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan.

We have collaborated with:
