We reach refugees in Europe and the Middle East with information about their rights.

Our Story

Whilst working in Calais in 2015 in the midst of the refugee crisis, we discovered that there was a huge information gap; even given people's dire situations, we found that they wanted information rather than essentials. Realising that reliable sources of information were under-resourced and underfunded, we created Aslyum Links. Our organisation provides a way of supplying people with their most valuable resource - the clear, realiable information they desperately needed to be able to move forward.

We link refugees and migrants, our clients, to services in the country where they live. We collect the information our clients want to know and we run information campaigns to reach them as effectively as possible.

"THEY GIVE PEOPLE IN NEED THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET THE INFO THEY NEED"

Why we do what we do

We undertake casework both face-to-face and online, conducting research to provide the information that has been requested by refugees and provided by official sources. We are passionate about establishing and sustaining links with local organisations and communities in the countries in which we operate, to ensure that information is shared as widely as possible. We aim to bridge the substantial gaps that exist on the ground by distributing translated documentation and links to information so our clients can make informed choices about their future.

Our Facebook page operates as a platform for refugees and migrants to request and receive information about their rights and their choices about asylum, housing, healthcare or education.
